We offer genuine replacement parts only, no generics. All parts sold come with the manufacturer's warranty. We will gladly honor any warranty issue should the need arise. However, we do not make any refunds on parts. All sales are final. Do not return any part unless we have given you a return authorization number. No credit will be issued for parts returned for any reason.

ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING CHARGED FOR THE RETURN FREIGHT COST.

If the part you bought fails within the warranty period it must be shipped to us at your cost and you must enclose a valid model and serial number of the product it was installed on so we can get credit for it. You will also need to pay for shipping on the new part and that of course will vary by the weight and size of the part. Always contact us before returning anything for warranty exchange.
